Just received their service to move our restaurants equipments, furnitures and accessories to storage. Arshdeep and his team being observed very polite and professional. They just followed every instructions that I provided and the way I wanted to arrange the store. Really appreciate their work and I hope they will keep it up always.

We had an excellent experience with Lifeline Movers. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all our belongings with great care. Very happy with the service and the price. We needed a job done at very short notice and they were happy to oblige. The crew were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

We used them to store our items in storage containers. The workers arrived late (only 20 mins but late is late) and there were no issues from them during the stacking of items. The issues came at the end when the job was completed. The guy went over to my husband and said it will be x amount of dollars, and that he needed to pay now. I told them that we will pay when we get an invoice, I left to get something and when I came back to the house the guys were still there awaiting payment. I told them we will pay when we get the invoice, the guys still stayed and I had to demand that they leave our property. My husband ended up paying even though the invoice sent was incorrect. I was livid with this behavior, in my opinion this was an attempt at intimidation to get us to pay without an invoice. If you expect to be paid immediately then you need to provide an invoice immediately. People who pay without one are very silly. It's a pretty pathetic business model to demand payment like that. I have used this service previously, however, never again.

For the most part, the movers were friendly and did the move competently; however, I cannot recommend them. Unfortunately, they damaged the property during the move, and when contacted, Lifeline Movers refused to take responsibility, citing an internal policy that was never communicated. Communication afterward was rude and unprofessional, and they cut off contact entirely, including with Consumer, Building and Occupational Services (CBOS, Tasmania). Multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly were ignored.

Absolute disgraceful human beings. Do not trust this company, unless you want your items damaged and them to walk away from a job. Not only did they rock up to my house 4 hours late, they were very careless in their actions. They have left a HUGE 2 foot scratch in my hardwood floors (see pictures), put a hole in the wall, scratched my coffee table and broke the bin. When I confronted them about the scratch they denied it. Said it couldn’t possibly be them even though I WATCHED one of them drag the couch from the wall across the floor. They continued to deny they could have done it and one in particular got very angry towards me. Now I’m a single female with a disability, this was not a pleasant situation. They then proceeded to unload all my items carelessly back into the old house and left me stranded. I have tried to call the company several times and emailed them to call me, but of course no one gets back to me. They are cowards, who ran away when they did something wrong. They’ve now cost me my bond. I have made a police report for property damage and have contacted consumer affairs for further advice. Please do not use this company. Read other reviews that say the same thing, they deny any breakages and gaslight you. It’s not worth it!

Had a great experience with Lifeline Movers. They were super friendly, on time and worked hard the whole time. I really appreciated their honesty...they told me it was safer to take the glass items in my own car because the truck was packed. Made the move so much easier. Thanks guys.
