Adam got in contact with us very promptly. He is friendly, polite and professional. The bin drop off was on the agreed day & time and placed where we requested. Adam gave us a generous amount of time to get our clean-up job done and picked up the bin at the arranged time.. And all of the above with a lovely smile! Thanks Adam. I hired a bin for a ONE week and paid when they dropped it off that week has passed, no one come to pick it up. My roommates and I called back on the number that we used, they said "they claim that the only bin that they dropped off were in July". we called the number on the side of the bin and they have a record. Some people think this is a scam they’re running. Pay on delivery, charge on pickup and overtime/late fees for delayed pickup.

I called recently for a quote on a skip for rubbish at my property in Lilydale. I got a email at 8.09 pm saying I would receive a call the next morning between 8am and 8 .15am. I then received another email at 8.13pm informing me my phone appointment was cancelled as the company was too busy in my suburb. I’ve previously used Jim’s bins in Lilydale and use their other services on a monthly basis. Furious with this I rang the call centre the next morning and got the standard company line excuses as to why Jim’s couldn’t help me even though I didn’t need the Skip bin for another 2 weeks. We saw the boss/ owner of Jim’s whinging about why they couldn’t operate over Covid stage 4. Iii think twice about using any Jim’s service after my latest encounter. Not good enough Jim’s

Adam was brilliant; from the first phone call back after 30 seconds, through the advice and expertise on bin size and permits, to the final pick up. Great experience, would use again.

Bin slightly overloared and driver threw excess out onto ground leaving a mess of rubbish and broken glass. No attempt made to contact us to get us to remove the small amount of excess rubbish in bin. When we spoke with the driver afterwards, they and franchise owner say they have done nothing wrong. After contacting the Jims Group Call Centre they want nothing to do with the complaint - and have blamed the frachise owner
