The most wonderful experience ever in organising skip bins with this company. To start with Louis Anderson was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked a bunch of questions which he kindly and patiently answered and checked and got back to me. He even sent me the various bins sizes in email for convenience. Then the driver who dropped off the bins who was also very friendly and all smile. The dropping and picking of the bins were very efficient. I had mine dropped off and picked up the same day for 1 general waste bin and the next day pick up for the green waste bin. If you are reading this review and looking for bin hire, give this bunch of awesome people a go. Highly recommended and will order again for the leftover waste. Bravo Team Need A Skip Now!!! Super impressed. Spoke with Lui, nailed it. Bin arrived on time, collected on time. Easy to pay. I need a permit for Council, that was handled. Very straight forward and using again. Highly recommended.

Bin was delivered on time and carefully placed in our driveway. I was very impressed with how they also picked it up. We had put cardboard underneath and I wasnt home when they picked it up, so I asked if they could remove the cardboard and load it into the bin. This was not an issue for them and I was very grateful. Thank you

Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs We dealt with Lui to arrange what should have been a smooth and straightforward process for hiring a bin. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The driver he sent—whose name we barely recall (possibly "Jess")—arrived at our property and immediately started throwing a tantrum at my girlfriend over a tiny overfill. Apparently, these guys don’t have nets for bins, nor do they offer overfill rates—something that could have easily been explained calmly. Instead, the driver was aggressive and dismissive. A landscaper who was at the house witnessed the whole thing and had to step in, as it was obvious the driver was taking advantage of my girlfriend, treating her like she was clueless. Rather than address the issue properly, the driver hurried to leave, rudely threw the "overfill" toward her, and barely acknowledged her. On top of that, the driver destroyed our front yard while removing the bin. He damaged our mailbox, garden bed, and driveway. To make matters worse, I later drove over a nail left behind, which caused damage to my car. As a carpenter who deals with bin services regularly, I was absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. Since this happened, we’ve been chasing compensation, as promised by Lui and Adam (the so-called manager). After a couple of initial phone calls, they’ve completely ghosted us—no callbacks, no resolution, nothing. This experience has been beyond disappointing, and we have photos and footage to back everything up. I’m leaving this review to warn others and ensure no one else gets this kind of appalling service.
