Customer with a disability booked a skip bin for 7 days (week) and paid cash in advance as directed. No receipt provided....The bin was collected on the 6th day. When contacted, they agreed to return the bin, however still waiting 3 days later. I do not recommend engaging this service as they are obviously dishonest individuals

Working with them has been a good experience. Jenny provides professional and supportive customer service. Their logistical support is also perfwct. every bin delivery and pickup has been right on time, exactly as scheduled, which is crucial for keeping our projects on track. Their rates are reasonable and competitive. Furthermore, they've been incredibly accommodating and flexible whenever we've needed to extend a bin hire period. Highly recommended for any project, big or small.

Have been excellent service, I needed my bin longer than I expected and they worked with me on making that happen with fair pricing in total. I would highly recommend and will be using there service again in the future.

By far the poorest service I've had from a skip bin hire. After confirming multiple times that it was going to arrive before 11am it ended up being 3 hours late. (Had to pay 5 staff members to sit around twiddling their thumbs for time period of time). Then on top of that I was quoted $1200 for a 12m3 skip. When the bin arrived and was time to pay i was told there is a $24 fee to pay via bank card. Indian customer service who was rude and terrible to communicate with. Honestly dont use these people.
