Dial-A-Bin

I booked and paid a bin, was contacted the day before it was meant to be delivered and was told they could not deliver it on the Wednesday would it be ok for the Friday. I agreed and then on the Thursday said sorry the truck has broken down and we cannot deliver the bin on the Friday. I asked what about next week and was told they were booked up and they would refund my money, which they did. The worst service I have come across would nit go through this company ever again. Extremely poor service.

Very happy with the service, I rang to confirm my booking and the lady was super helpful. The skip was delivered and left exactly where I asked them to leave it. The website was easy to use and fast booking service. we ordered 2 skips in the end.

I have hired 5 bins over the past 8 weeks for a pool Installation the ease of ordering and paying online was a great help. The bins arrived on time were placed exactly where I required them. I would recommend this company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They placed the bin where we told them not to blocking our neighbours driveway. So then we had to fill it asap. We then called them to get it picked up yesterday morning the day prior. And still hasn’t been picked up 2 days later, and now they are saying might not even be picked up this week. Useless. Wish I could give negative stars. Not a care in the world

Would love to not give any star rating for this company. I keep being promised that the bin will be removed. It has been three weeks since the first calls requesting the bins removal. Promised to have it removed in week two as a priority (on consecutive days and different people). In week three I am told it’s up to the drivers and I can’t be promised removal any time soon. User be warned - you are likely to have an unwanted fixture in your front yard if you use this company.

It's been 3 weeks since we had this bin delivered and I wouldn't be surprised if it was still there this time next week. I emailed them the day after they delivered it to tell them it was full and ready for collection. Since then we have emailed and rang them to try to get this bin removed. No replys to the emails but they told us that they would put the pick up as a priority, 4 days later and it's still there. I'd NEVER use this company again or recommend to any one. We also used wombat waste for a second skip when we realized we needed more bin space once we filled the skip from dial a bin. Wombat waste went above and beyond to drop off and pick up there bin in a fast period.

I ordered 2 skip bins to clear out my house after 31 years. They delivered as promised and collected. The bin was placed where I requested.
