We have been using Greener Bins for a few years now. We are able to get bins at short notice which is great when you are trying to work in around trades. Greener Bins always provide prompt friendly and reliable service.
The 8 cubic meter bin we ordered was delivered on time - thank you. When it came to picking it up the driver was extremely rude and unhelpful. He removed items from the bin - making a mess in the process. He protested that the bin was over-full, this was not the case (I have photos of the bin being removed). Altogether a very unpleasant experience. The email response to my complaint was even less helpful, making no apology for the actions.
I spoke with nick over the phone who was very attentive in organising a bin to a remote location. He asked the right questions and in 10 minutes flat we were able to agree to a suitable price for both of us whilst also establishing the right size bin for the job. No fuss and hassle with these guys! Great job!
