Northside Skip Bins Perth

I’ve been using Northside skips for probably the last 10 years and I have to say that their service is excellent. From the moment they pickup the phone until they pickup the used skip you can’t fault them. Kristy is a gem like the other ladies working in the office. Their drivers are excellent and always place the bin exactly where I want it no matter how difficult it might be, and to date have never damaged or broken anything. Their onsite booking system also works great. Thank you Team Northside we are most appreciative of your efforts.

Bin should have been picked up on a Friday. I was then told it would be picked up on Saturday instead. Sunday - bin still here right outside of the garage (as there was no other place to put it) and we are in the midst of moving houses so very inconvenient that we cannot access the garage. Disappointing. Not sure why it’s so hard to coordinate the times and also let the customers know about possible delays.I had to keep asking when the bin would be picked up.

The skip was delivered right on time, and they even helped me choose the right size for my needs. Pricing was fair, and their efficiency made my cleanup so much easier. ** Unfortunately need to change the original 5 star review. On the most recent occasion of hiring a bin, the driver picking up the bin decided to remove rubbish from the bin and leave it in our driveway because "we can't have food in the bins"? Not only was there only food in only one bag out of the 4 or so he removed, I've never heard of food being an issue in waste bins? I spoke to the office staff who responded once confirming the excuse of no food, then no further response to any of my questions. Really damn disappointing, not sure the point of hiring waste bins if they are going to leave the waste behind you have already paid them to remove? Their website says "Please be reminded that we do not accept Asbestos, Super 6, or Hardie Fencing products in our bins." Nothing about food I can see? Maybe don't provide bins to residential properties or advertise this service if you only want construction waste. I'll most likely take this further.

We hired a 9m bin and right from calling to book, to drop off and letting them know it was ready for collection, the service was 5 star. Especially the delivery driver. It was a 38 degree day but he went the extra mile!

Bin Ordered. Bin Delivered. Bin Collected. Simple service provided, no issues. Driver was happy to manoeuvre the bin onto some timbers to help protect the driveway, so grateful for that. Fair pricing and easy to use website. Great stuff!
