Great service
Exceptional service from start to finish I want to start by briefly mentioning a frustrating experience with another company that led me to Mr. Bins. I had booked a skip bin for Thursday afternoon, confirmed the delivery day clearly, and yet late in the day — close to 5pm — there was still no bin. When I called, they claimed I had agreed to a Friday morning delivery, which I absolutely had not. It was a complete let-down. So at ten to five on Thursday, I rang Transformers — and their skip bin division, Mr. Bins, answered. I spoke with Sue, who was not only helpful and polite, but gave me a better price than the previous company and confirmed a Friday morning delivery without any fuss. Friday morning, the driver called ahead to let me know he was 10 to 15 minutes away — and he was right on time. When I messaged Sue on Friday to say the bin would be ready for collection on Monday, the same thing happened: the driver messaged Monday morning to say he'd be there in 15 minutes, and he was. The pricing is excellent, the communication is outstanding, and every interaction — from Sue on the phone to the driver on the day — was professional and courteous. If you need a skip bin, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Bins.
