Best Price Skip Bins

Very disappointed with the service. They are using contractors that are dropping smaller bins and they have no way to check as they are based in South Australia. I ordered 4m3, got only 3m3 deliverd, could not fit all the waste in, now I need to pay extra $290 for the smallest available 2m3 skip bin and they only offered $30 refund. Absolute joke.

Best Price Skips themselves were great, but the communication from their bin provider, Spotty Bins was less than ideal. 1. Bin booked on Friday for Tuesday drop off and Monday pick-up 2. No specific communication from Spotty Bins about when the bin might be dropped off 2. Bin dropped off around 11am on Tuesday. 3. Put a request in for the bin to be picked up on Tuesday night - no response from Spotty Bins. I then contacted Best Price, who reached out to Spotty and Spotty SMSd me to let me know the bin would be picked up on Thursday 4. Bin wasnt picked up on Thursday and no comms from Spotty about this or when they may show up. 5. Bin finally picked up on Friday morning. I recognise that I asked for the bin to be picked up early, which probably disrupts Spotty's scheduling, but I think there a lot of room to improve communication - I would much rather appreciate a clear response than keep wondering.

My bin was delivered and collected on time as promised! Very important as our house was going on the market in a few days. A walk in bin was a good choice as we had lots of heavy stuff from our shed and some last minute carpentry to do.

Called at the last minute due to our regular supplier of skip bins being at capacity. Best Price Skip Bins were efficient and easy to deal with.

Highly recommend, they were quick, efficient, came on the day requested and removed on the day requested. Excellent experience.

Had a great experience with Best Price Skip Bins. They are prompt, professional and easy to organise. Competitive pricing and easy to deal with. Their driver was even good enough to place the bin on the rug that I had left out so as not to damage the new concrete. I'll be using them again without question.
