DeJay Contracting destroyed our water meter (clear tractor tracks over it) and water leak identified by neighbour the next day! They denied everything and told us to take it up with SA Water and would not accept any liability. Also damaged the pathway paving and left the crossover a mess! Zero accountability, zero integrity, and zero professionalism. An absolute disgrace of a company - would not recommend!

I would not recommend Dejay Contracting under any circumstances. They demolished a house next door to ours, and the entire process was handled poorly. Despite clear protocol requiring dust control, they failed to water down the dirt, which resulted in massive amounts of dust blowing into our property. This was especially problematic with temperatures reaching 40°C, making the situation even worse. When we raised our concerns and asked them to handle the situation differently, they gave nothing but excuses and showed no accountability. They also received multiple complaints from neighbouring properties, yet still did not address the issue. If you're looking for a company that takes responsibility and follows proper procedures, look elsewhere. Dejay Contracting's lack of professionalism and disregard for neighbours makes them an unacceptable choice for demolition work. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable company.

Just read reviews for Dejay Demolition. Lots of very good reviews and 2 bad ones. The good reviews were all followed up by the company. But the bad ones were not replied to. A house next door to us in West Lakes is about to be demolished. I am hoping to be able to post a good review when it has been done.

Dejay Contracting demolished the house next door to me and did not follow the required protocols for dust protection and left my house covered in dust. The council attended and found they weren't using any water. I've called and messaged a number of times to follow up on their offer of support with cleaning but they haven't responded. They also damaged my fence and have handballed that onto the builder and I still don't have a resolution.

I want to thank DeJay Contracting for their fantastic job as they promised. The job was done on time & most importantly it was stress free for clients and very tidy. The people working on this project were so professional. Highly recommended.
