Skip Bin Hire

No morals, pathetic customer service. Customer service up until the receiving the bin was fine, good price after booking through a third party. When leaving the property after picking up the bin on completion of booking, the truck driver was careless and drove on the extremeties of the crossover and caved the paving in. No apologies, all waiving of liability and passing the buck to a third party and to us as property owners! They will Carelessly damage your property, tell you it’s your fault, your problem, take your money and look elsewhere. With this "policy" in place, the truck driver can essentially rip up your paving and anything around and waive all liability. Camera footage available if anyone wants to see.

Skip significantly damaged a council tree. Flagged issue with company without reply, followed up twice and received a rude response from Ana who claimed she was too busy to respond to previous emails. Do not use this company.

Skip bin was suppose to be picked up a week ago. Called to ask when it will eventually be picked up and was told that they don't know when someone will be able to collect it. Terrible service, do Not use this company.

Disappointed. I hire a bin with them. I ask ask them to pick up at the same time they drop off , And unfortunately they pick up 2 hours earlier. So the bin was not even half full and they still it up when it's clearly show there is a pile next to the bins that need to load in the bin. They careless.

Delivery time is fine ,but pick up time is terrible. 2 days late on pick up without a call or email.poor business management

Beware! Skip bins are never collected on time and the company will leave it on your verge for weeks if not months! Avoid this company at all costs!
