One star is too much for this company. The lady my the name of Merlin never answers her phone so unprofessional. Twice booked a bin and they cancelled as the drivers are to lazy to drop of and they claim they needed payment for bin on drop off which is a lie. I used them last year and they took payment on collection day. Its common sense that the bin is going to get used so it will need to get picked up. Message her early morning to do bank transfer and she never replied. Calls me at 5pm and not happy with my reaction that the company is very unprofessional and hangs up on me
I tried to work with them but it was so difficult as they never responded to messages. I booked a bin with them and paid $70 for a bin that was the same size as my yellow bin (they said you could fit couches in there LMAO). I went to my home and someone had raided the entire thing and we were told not to touch anything - called them to discuss getting my money back or pick up of the bin and nobody responded and I’ve been left on read. I will never work with this company again.
