Too many lines at this tip!! Turn around is like an hour and a half all the time.. Ridiculous!! Every other tip in Melbourne its a 10 min turn around!! Bittern off more they can chew again 🤦‍♂️ Weighbridge staff are fantastic but tip face operators need to start getting trucks in and out and not drag their ass!!

Tried to book a lint trap clean for one of our 5 shops. Called up gave customer's number and they said your account has been closed. I dont remember I ever close the account as my shop is still opened obviously they accidentally closed my account. In 2 weeks times I have made numerous times tried to call them same answered they told me they will get a sale manager to call me back to fix the account. No lucks after 1 to another. After maybe 5 times called them. Then I emailed a few people that made the registration for the account with me in the past. The guy name Adam Walton called and helped me with signing up for the 5 shops again even though my main point is to fix up the 1 account and get it book for a clean. After that I emailed him to help with my booking and he went mute, not even a reply after that. When signing up he's so keen to help. Tried to call the 1800 number again to make a booking after account is cleared, the same again a woman on the phone said someone will call me to make a booking. Nothing still. I don't get it doesnt the management control these guys the way how they work or even their customer service skill been trained?

I think some driver retraining is needed after the way I was cut off by a clean away A-double truck and almost pushed in the concrete barriers this morning his lucky a break check was all he got

Always open tip that be rough on your tyres, especially after rain. The plant operators & weigh bridge staff are professional, helpful which is rare at this places.

Very friendly weighbridge & dozer operators,, But the haul roads are absolutely atrocious, Can you please get a grader to Rip them up and then grade, Cheers

Amazing tip as a driver it provides a great tip face when wet it also provides a very safe work place and great detail in environmental responsibility, the best waste facility I have used in over 25 years as a driver
