I had a great experience with Westgate Skips. The ordering process was handled by Hassan, who was extremely helpful and made everything very easy from the start. The delivery driver Deepak, arrived on-site to drop off the bin, found no one there to meet him, and immediately called to confirm where it should be placed. After sending a photo of the initial placement, he was asked to move it which he did without any fuss and sent a second photo to confirm the new position. His communication and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism from both Hassan and Deepak and was very happy with the way everything was handled.
