Blue Skip Bin

Definately a 5 star. I'd give 6! Small company with a big heart. Amanda is wonderful to deal with, so patient and accommodating. We needed the skip quick and they delivered that morning. Due to Covid we were delayed with our trades and she was lovely and didn't ask for any extra payments. We needed a small truck to fit in our townhouse driveway and that was all good. Nothing was too much. Ben who drops and picks up skip is so sweet and friendly. Always smiling and good to chat with. Highly recommend these guys, they're human to deal with and such good people. Price was competitive. But we got good value! I would def hire with them again.

During home renovations and during downsizing ( 4 skips sept/Oct 24) The office manager is the go-to person. Her name is Amanda "Amanda light of my life fate could have made you a gentleman's wife". She really is one of the most efficient and nicest person you could ever come across. She will do what's possible to fit in with your plans. She also has a wonderful personality and demeanor. There is no pressure to fill and return the bins in a specific time frame. Basically it was "as long as you want". Delivery and pickup in the agreed time frame. Drivers extremely courteous and professional (not rough). One of their drivers is known as Charles Bronson. Yes he resembles him very much. I have enjoyed my dealings with blue skips very much and would recommend them to anyone needing a skip service. Alick Camden South.

I don't usually write reviews, but with the service I was provided I think the company deserve a 5 star rating, if i could give more I would. Amanda was always professional, friendly, helpful and always accommodating. The process was easy, and super pleasant. Even the driver who drop of the bin, was super friendly and sweet. I've never dealt with a company where i was beyond happy with each and every person i had come across. This business deserve support, and i would no doubt use them again just for the customer service and professionalism. Thank you for the wonderful and rare service you can ever get.

What a superb company to deal with! The staff are very professional, helpful and accommodating from the initial booking until the end of the process. Nothing seems too difficult for them. I have had to change delivery and pickup times on several occasions due to construction delays however, they still manage to make the process simple and stress free. I am highly recommending their services in all aspects. If you want value for money, this is were to go. Thank you Amanda and the office staff and especially to the friendly and happy driver who delivers and picks up the bins. You guys are amazing!

After getting quotes from several companies & reading customer reviews, it was clear that Blue Skip Bin is a cut above the rest - their consistent five star rating is definitely well-deserved. Amanda (who I notice has been mentioned in almost every review & with good reason!) has outstanding customer service, and her great communication skills meant that the whole process from original enquiry to bin collection ran very smoothly. A big thank you also to the amazing drivers, who managed to negotiate delivery and pick-up of the bin in our very narrow one way street. Cannot recommend the Blue Skip Bin Team highly enough.

Amanda was so helpful assisting us with a skip bin hire for our home renovations. She delivered exceptional customer service from our first point of contact and ensured that we were looked after with the pricing. James was very friendly who provided prompt delivery. We got the 6m cubic skip bin and it was delivered exactly within the time frame I was given. I had ordered skip bins and needed them changed over or removed quick and Amanda was so accommodating, she helped make the whole experience so easy and she's so friendly and kind. Amanda gave me all the information I needed and gave me very helpful advice. She was helpful and understanding of our short time frame and made us feel like she did everything in her power to help us. Give Amanda a raise! You have an asset so never fire her!
