Incompetent and appalling customer service. Bin was not picked up on time and we were left out of pocket for removalist truck. Happy to take our money in advance but say it's out fault that our driveway is steep and even tried to bill us $80 for not being able to collect on time. Admin was incredibly rude on phone and blamed us for the whole situation. I highly recommend you do not use this business.

Happy to take your money in advance but not to provide the service / honour the terms of the contract. Failed to pick up skip, didn't respond to phone messages and emails. When they eventually did answer the phone, 'Customer Service' admitted they didn't know what they were doing. Will not use again.

Very happy with this skip bin company. They helped me out of a pickle the bin was delivered and retrieved in a very timely manner real professional outfit wouldn't hesitate to thoroughly recommend this skip business to friends and family The office girls were more than happy to help me out answering all my questions. steering me in the right direction saving me money and valuable time well done waste away Best ever.......

I prepaid for a bin on two occasions as requested by Cleanaway before delivery. Received copy of receipts with Cleanaway system generated number for both occasions on day of order. Subsequently, many days later, I receive Tax Invoice(s) in post which do not have recognition of payments made with amount previously paid owed. In addition I get an email and phone call demanding payment and after clarifying their own process I’m told no payment is due and it is the way Cleanaway systems works by self generating Tax Invoices! All fixed after lengthy phone call debating their system is flawed and the potential for clients to pay twice! How wrong I was, more time now wasted today with receipt of email suggesting the invoices are still OPEN. More of my time wasted justifying I’ve made payment and have receipts via email generated by Cleanaway along with a phone call confirmation no monies are owing. Yet to be resolved at time of writing review. I have no intention in using Cleanaway again based on this experience.

Partner called and booked a 4m skip so we could get rid of some mulch and some hard rubbish. The lovely sales person on the other end of the phone failed to mention that they have a sneaky little clause in their T’s and C’s where they charge you a substantial amount for disposal!! Yep, regardless of how big it is, you can only put a small amount in it before you charged extra for the privilege of getting rid of waste!! And the fees ended up almost doubling the price of the skip hire!! Disgraceful sales practise and an extremely convenient way of profiting off their skip hire as you don’t get to see how the skips are weighed etc. You just score an invoice for all the extra weight without any chance of questioning the disposal!! ‘Oh and by the way, we got rid of your stuff and you’ve got seven days to pay us another 2/3 of the hire fee!!" I’d avoid these guys if I was to hire again. Other companies don’t hide disposal fee’s!!

I ordered a skip and had the incorrect one sent out. I could of of got the same skip else where $200 cheaper. I spoke to GM and kept the bin as he said he would look after me for the stuff up. Which never happened !!!

Disgraceful. Why would anyone want a bigger size bin if you can't put more in there? How does that make sense? Horrible pricing.
