Ordered a bin, the wrong size was sent,honest mistake by the driver. Was promised the difference will be refunded to me. And when I requested it..I was given the runaround by a few different people..over 2 weeks now, still have not heard a thing from them..the receptionist was nice but I think she's just taking orders from her superiors.i'll cop the loss this time,but will be looking for other companies in the future
Used them a month ago, and the service was great. Unfortunately the driver did back in to and wreck my fence. Was assured they would fix it in a week or two. Continued using them for a week afterwards, but after a month of chasing them they no longer return phone calls or texts and have not bothered to actually fix the fence they promised.
Orderd a bin at 9:30am and had the bin delivered the same day. The driver came with a smile and they are very friendly and great service would highly recommend them to everyone
