Biffa Skip Bin Hire

We got an early Christmas present from Biffa this year, a skip in our driveway over Christmas and new year. Our bin was to be delivered on 17/12/25 and collected on the 23/12/25. I wanted the ramp facing the house for easy loading and put this in the hire notes .On the day I thought I would follow up with them as it has to be loaded on the truck in the correct orientation. I rang many times, left messages and even sent an SMS to this effect but nothing was responded to. The alarm bells were already ringing. I decided to drive up to see them luckily as when I got there they apparently had no detail of how I wanted it .We rang early on the 23rd as I didn't have a lot of faith given the delivery. They said yes all booked in for pickup. By the end of the day we still had a skip, and they were closed for Christmas. They reopened on 6/1/26 with our bin being collected on the 8/1/26. I rang after collection to ask why it was not collected, the office lady said they had a truck break down that day, but now that our bin is collected "What's the problem". I asked to speak to the manager, he rang me yesterday and said that they sacked their receptionist on the 23rd and that's where the issue was. Two different stories so I don't know which to believe or even any.

EXELLENT Skip Bin hire service. We needed a skip bin urgently and it was delivered that day ! It was such a relief when we saw it arrive on the truck (with a friendly, helpful driver too ) and this has helped us out so much during a stressful time. I have used skip bin services occasionally over the years but this professional and prompt service is exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not often do I feel compelled to leave a review on companies however I truly have had such a positive experience with Biffa Skip Bin Hire and want to acknowledge their exceptional service. Have hired 3 skip bins through the company now and wouldn’t hire through anyone else. A real sense of old school service that you don’t get anymore anywhere. Went above and beyond to correct a minor technical issue & have just been amazing to deal with.

One of the worst bin company’s I have ever dealt with. I booked in for my bin to be collected on a Pacific Day but They never turned up.Two weeks Later they Decided to pick up my bin. My lawn is now dead through them and they would not return any of my phone calls. They are rude horrible to deal with. Don’t ever deal with them trust me.

We hired a large bin to clear out our work warehouse area - called Monday afternoon and arrived Tuesday morning, came to collect as soon as we called to say we were finished. Thanks for making our experience easy and stress free. Definitely would recommend to all our colleagues.

We used this company when we were moving house, the bin was there nice and early and taken away the day we requested! They were easy to deal with and really professional! Couldn’t rate them any higher!
