This is a guy who had hired two skips previously. Knew circumstances - I'm disabled, divorcing from my ex who refuses to help me clean house. Charged me for new bin, verbal agreement that I can't get this done quickly....meant nothing! You see he's a friend of my ex... So I woke this morning to a driver removing the skip - no warning. When I say 'don't move it' I cop a mouthful of abuse...ask him to leave property or I'll call police if he's going to act like that, but he takes bin with him damaging trees and grounds as he goes. Meanwhile I'm ringing the owner who says - 'I did this for love' ( whatever that means) then abuses me, the disabled woman he'd claimed to feel sympathy for - both he and driver swearing, aggressive, left me in tears. Take the problem up with my ex as we had discussed. I had paid a large amount to have bin for longer but that doesn't matter...charged me more than he charged my ex the first two times.... Judgement - I'm disable, a 'soft target' - he's taken the money, broken a verbal agreement and abused me to tears then hung up when I mentioned Equal Opportunities. Said he'd 'wipe the floor with me'. Do not go near or trust this man. If you do - get details in writing. I do intend to take this further. Terrible, shattering experience.
Reliable and excellent service. Got the right advise as what size bin I needed. The instructions to where I wanted the bin, was done efficiently. I would definitely use them again.
