Poor communication and unwilling to accommodate a simple request. The service price increased by $125 in a year, only to find out other providers charge around $100 less for the exact same job, using the same contractor. Extremely disappointing.

Emptying bins in the middle of night in a domestic zone while the council clarify states that bins can only be emptied between 6am - 10pm. Just stop.

Would give 0 star. Recently this company's truck has been comes to a shop at Chisholm Centre in Winston Hills NSW opposite us/residential area almost every day about 2am-2:30am to clean up the bins and make very loud noise. Despite calls to the company, they're still disturbing people at such an unsociable hours, very bad
