Hi Simon I just wanted to provide feedback about your team they consistently provide excellent service always helpful they go that extra mile and extremely polite. Its been a pleasure dealing with the team of Jumbocorp. Today they will come and remove the cage and it will conclude the job and I just wanted to pass on my thanks its been refreshing dealing with such professionalism especially over a 4 year build I have dealt with many trades and service providers you guys truly stand out as being helpful and provide exceptional service thank you and kind regards Samantha Riddle

Dreadful customer experience! Charged $270 immediately, then didn't come for 10 days. Their subcontracted driver then complained and said he couldn't pick it up - got stuck in fight between two of them. Refused to refund money and tried to charge an additional $150 to come again! Rude and amateurish customer service, awaiting dispute resolution from consumer affairs to see if I get any money back. EDIT: After Consumer Affairs complaint, they lied to investigator and said they never spoke to me. This is a two bit operation run out of someone's house by two young girls that subcontracts the work. Better off going to the people actually doing the work rather than having them skim you.

I will never use this company, Do you notice they take your payment first.. Think about it.. They refuse to pick up my garden bag tons of excuse, they said too far from the road, the truck driver is TOO LAZY to drive to the driveway, they send me photo of the truck, Its not that big and enough to get inside, They send me an e-mail that I need to move it 2 meter close to road, and additional cost of $100 for the truck to go back , I wold rather use a skip bin company Beware I have warn you.. NEVER AGAIN>> RIP OFF COMPANY hope your business fail..
