Grundy's Waste

Great service overall. Especially the customer service. Very "old school" in that they answer emails and even pick up the phone to call. It's not a small thing and is greatly appreciated.

Great service, easy to deal with.. the drivers are great! My 2 yr old son loves watching the garbage truck and the drivers always accomodate for hes waves and yells. Makes his day

Absolute top tier service, chased me up to make sure I still wanted to go ahead with a new service, Once we confirmed everything the bins rocked up the next day. Managed to fill them up pretty quick, asked for extra pickup, and the boys were there the next day. I can’t recommend Grundys waste enough. Very happy customer!!

Whole team stressed Carring our bins around because they are not following our scheduled pick up day, putting us through so much stress and ruining our business reputation and when you try to get them for help, they accuse you abuse and swear while phone on speaker 10 people hearing in the room. It was an insult to talk to them on the phone! Thanks guys

I would recommend 100% Grundy's Waste. I rang on Wednesday and had a call back from the Campbelltown Rep - Brett within an hour. The owner of Grundy's Waste also gave me a call within a couple of hours to see that my enquiry had been followed up. I met with the Rep today, Thursday, went through our options and tomorrow, Friday, we will be getting our bins for our commercial property.

They have the best rate comparing to other big waste companies. They came to collect the waste every month and never missed a run. It was a pleasure to do business with these guys.
