This company is a shining example of outstanding customer service. I messed up with my order (I put down the wrong delivery address doh!), and they adjusted it without penalty. The customer service team is the best. Hint: To get the best price book through Book-A-Bin. The way they handled my error was amazing. You have a lifetime customer and a 5-Star review from me.

Hired a bin but the their team didn't seem to want the order. Took a long time and made the process super difficult as a result, I decided to cancel the order. For someone who is willing to pay more and cancel their bin, that tells you something.

Have to be the most efficient skip bin company on the gold coast. The team are so helpful and friendly. The Staff made it so easy to organise the bin and helped me in choosing the size cause i had no idea what i needed. I would highly recommend this business to any of my family and friends. Pricing is very competitive got 4 other quotes and united was so much cheaper.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!! 😡😡😡😤😤😤😡😡😡 Well make sure you measure you bins cause I asked for a 12m3 but recived a 10m3 had to explain to management that to measure the bin is from the inside were you fill it... Not on the outside!!!... Drivers fantastic office and management very rude... Highly not recommend.. So don't know how many people have got these bins and been over charged... Orginaly quoted $520 then charged $620.. So they are very over priced.... They are a new company that's buying out smaller skip companys so they look good.. Just beware......

I love the on line bookings!! Easy to navigate and use, I can get the bins dropped of when and where I need them. Office staff and drivers are great to deal with and very helpful. They are my go to for waste collection.

Had a skip bin delivered last weekend, arrived on time as promised. Asked for the bin for a 48 hours . Great service. This was a very easy process to organise, hassle free. Thank you
