What a great team of people, from the Eastern Creek facility, the team at Auburn who double check a query on a sample board for asbestos. Then booking a bin over the telephone In the telephone for delivery this Saturday. Yes, you may pay a bit more for the bin, but you’ve getting the support of a team that provides a first class service.

You get no eta when a bin is arriving, they came this morning and dropped it off. Anyone with half a brain would never block an entry to a job site. And to add salt to injury, they are so greedy and un-accountable, that they did not want to take responsibility for this stupidity and wanted $280 to come and relocate it. Look at the pictures and be the judge. Who does that!!?

The first driver that came in a small truck tried to deliver a tiny skip that wasn't ordered. The driver was not happy to take it back. They were pushy and really wasn't professional, so BinGo didn't get off to a good start. But the driver who dropped the bigger correct skip off and the driver who collected it in the bigger truck were absolutely professional, courteous and skilled at what they did. They had to reverse down my rural driveway (150m) and they did it without complaint or hassle. Those two drivers saved my opinion of BinGo, and the reason why I give them full marks. Those two drivers are a credit to BinGo.

During covid and the storms, they would not pick up our rubbish citing there was a back log from the waste dump but I saw every other company take their waste away. Built up so much that the rats came and infested our back alley. Then when I wanted to stop the service, they said they were not going to charge me an exit fee but instead charged me for 2 pickups without telling me. Very annoying company to deal with and i would recommend Sydney Waste service as I have had no issues at all.

Skip bin was ordered a week in advance for a Saturday the skip bin NEVER arrived. Won't be organising one through this company again. ***UPDATE*** Recieved an update apparently the driver decided he didnt want to do the overtime, acted unproffessionally by NOT informing us the skip will not be arriving!!! Wonder if this driver makes a habit of this, he should be sacked, Stay away from this company drivers are unreliable.

Extremely happy with the service of the driver from Bingo...Mary was the best! Fabulous to see a female skip bin driver and Mary was so helping with helping us load everything and maximize space...I reckon she deserves driver of the month! Go MARY!!!!

Customer service is shocking. Have to follow up with multiple calls just to arrange a skip to be dropped off or picked up. When organising a recent skip drop off I get told I will be contacted by a sales rep with a better rate, didn't hear anything back after 5 days so I followed up to be told there was no better rate available. Also needed a payment receipt to claim back on my credit card, sent 2 emails and called 3 times just to arrange a receipt and still no luck....
