I have used this service on the regular for landscaping waste and have been to many tips before. By far this is the best one you can access in Sydney and to think that this service is 2.3 stars is very misleading. Sam at front desk is proficient at what she does and effectively keeps the process at a satisfactory rate and with a pleasant and welcoming approach. The structure of delegating vehicles within the premises is great 🙌

My first bad experience on site, new rules restrict trucks that need to be unloaded with their hands waiting for the limit of only 1 truck at a time while Ute has direct free access thus restricting the truck in a queue of more than 1 hour, where the movement of utes is much greater. Why?? My money is worth less, is my time less precious? A great idiocy!!! I SUGGEST LOOKING FOR OTHER ALTERNATIVES...

Never used this facility before. We had the absolute pleasure of being greeted and assisted by Sam at the entrance. We came and went three times, and each time, Sam was great. Top representative for your company!

Negligent or dangerous driving experience on road. Face Negligent or dangerous by XN15YO (SL01399) on 24/09/24 near Balcktown area NSW. Time was around 7.50am. Please arrange some proper training on your drivers.

One of the slowest tips I have ever been to, if they went any slower they would be dead!! It took me almost 45 minutes to dump a load of rubbish in my tipper and the place wasn’t even busy. Finally got to the window to pay and I had to wait even longer until the service person finished her personal phone conversation. Absolutely useless !!!

I worked as a contractor there for a short while, very friendly people, highly professional, knowledgeable, safety conscious to all personnel and show great care for environment. I witnessed that services meet and exceed the standards, so it was a pleasure having business with them.
