AA Adonis Rubbish Removals

I found Andrew on HiPages after placing an ad for help removing some heavy items during a major renovation. He arrived right on time (which is really important when you’re juggling different trades during a reno) and was so helpful and careful, and very conscious of safety not only for me but also for my neighbours and the common areas of the building. I can recommend him 100%. Thanks Andrew for doing a really good job during a very stressful reno! A+++++

Sorry to say we didn’t have good experience with Andrew, he didn’t take the thing that he promised to take at the end ! Because we didn’t give him the extra job (which we asked him to quote after) so be careful before you give him a job!

I have been giving work to Andrew for a very long time and have found him to be the most honest and reliable trades person I have dealt with in real estate for the last 20 years.

We have been using Andrew for all of our office waste and old furniture removal etc for almost 10 years. If more small businesses conducted themselves with the professionalism, reliability, punctuality, friendliness and unwavering work ethic that Andrew does, this country would be in a much better state. The most recent job Andrew did for us took 3 days as it was huge. Not only did Andrew get stuck into it asap by strategically removing what he could without disrupting the office workers, he then had to cut to pieces with power tools and dismantle a nasty big heavy well made full office wall unit. He was very conscious of the noise and made sure to do as much as he could during the office lunch break so as not to disturb the staff. I wish I would have taken before and after photos because the clean up Andrew did was amazing! I could bung on for ages about how bloody fantastic he is but it might get to his head so I will leave it there.... heheheh. In closing, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend AA Adonis for any removal and clean up jobs. HE ROCKS!!!

I just want to say AA Adonis has some really great staff. Although I didn't end up taken on their service as I got help from a friend in the end. Andrew gave me the best customer service. I called AA Adonis for a quote and he gave me a rough estimate from what I described , he said he can come visit my place to quote a proper price upon seeing the rubbish and it would be cheaper. I told him that I had other companies visiting in the morning and Andrew said if you're not happy with their price to call him and he can come straight over as he lives close by. He even called me back to tell me to make sure I checkout the companies reviews and to not keep any cash with me. He also called the next morning to ask how it all went, even though he didn't get my job he was polite and friendly and gave me good wishes. Unlike another company that went out at me for cancelling their visit because they couldn't get my business. So thank you Andrew for being a great person with great manners and great customer service.
