Charlie’s team of Justin, John and the boys did an amazing job clearing out 3 levels of a family property that was full of clutter and rubbish. It was a huge job and they were amazing. Good communication and professional work. Would highly recommend!

This was an excellent experience for me. We had to dispose of an old lounge and there didn't seem any way to do so. A short phone call to Goodbye Junk and my problem was solved. Two days later the truck arrived to pick up the lounge. The company sent several update messages and a GPS tracking message as the truck came closer to my building. Thank You very much.

I made an appointment for free quote and Justin was right on time I wasn't even at the house when he called and gave me a quote. I was happy to pay as they took everything without extra charges. From our first interaction, they were pleasant to deal with and professional. We engaged them to clean out a deceased estate, and of the four quotes we obtained, their quote was the most presentable and polished document of them all, and the best priced too! Once we were able to, we booked them in. They quoted under 2 weeks and got it done in one! And the little bits to finish the job, Charlie was fantastic to deal with. I will be calling them again should I need them and singing their praises if I come across anyone who has a massive cleaning job. Thanks guys!!! Goodbye Junk was fantastic. I spoke with customer service on a Tuesday, a team came out early Thursday morning for a quote. I was advised if i was happy with the quote, then the team could go ahead with removal as the truck would be empty. Thursday morning excellent communication, running slightly late, due to Sydney traffic. Justine and John were amazing, provided quote efficently and due to the first time customer special, quote eas the best one i had received. On saying that they were already in the same price range as others. The guys were quick, and cleaned up. I wad extremely happy with service provided and would use again! All photo items were taken away, plus a double bed ensemble.

Fantastic service! I struggled to even get a response from a removal business as I live in Sydney city. Goodbye junk was great value and took out my very heavy desk / entertainment unit. They arrived on time and navigated my awkward building. I highly recommend
