Really great service, My old man just went through a divorce, and his wife was a massive hoarder and left him with all sorts of random useless junk that she collected over the years. I dealt with Matt and he helped remove all the junk and garbage that was wall to wall in our home for a great price! Highly recommend!

Easy to deal with in booking the job and pick up was speedy. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me for tax purposes and have chased it up 6 times. They kept telling me to check junk and each time it was not in there. They stopped replying to my messages. Not the best customer service.

Very disappointed - waited 2 days for a sofa to be collected. Was promised they would come the next day due to truck overheating. 39 weeks pregnant and woke up at 0630 today waiting for them to come. It’s now 4.30pm, no call and no response to my messages. For a professional company this isn’t it. New furniture was delivered this morning at 0800. Can’t set anything up as there is no space due to job not done.

I booked this service for a Saturday morning (10:30am) as we were moving house and needed rubbish collected. I had already placed all large items neatly outside our unit block for pickup. The driver never showed up at the scheduled time and did not answer multiple calls. An hour later, he finally called me, giving an excuse about working a night shift and just waking up, and asked if he could come in another hour. I agreed, but he still didn’t arrive. When I tried to follow up, my calls were declined. After several attempts, he texted me saying he was loading rubbish in another suburb and promised to come in 1.5 hours — another broken promise. In reality, he had double-booked (maybe triple-booked) jobs and kept ignoring my calls and texts. Hours passed with no sign of him, no apology, and no responsibility taken. Meanwhile, I was left embarrassed in front of my neighbours with rubbish piled outside and no solution in sight. Eventually, through a friend, I had to hire another company at the last minute. They arrived at 6pm and saved the day. This service, however, completely ruined what was already a stressful moving day.

Highly recommend Matt & Lachlan. Booked, quoted and completed in less than 24 hours. Left the space clean and did their best to fit everything that was dumped. 10/10 service
