Absolutely woeful and unprofessional customer service. After the booking was made, Chris called without even a greeting and abruptly demanded a different day to pickup the skip bin. A driver then showed up a day early and attempted to remove the bin without consulting us. After acknowledging that they had the dates wrong, they still failed to collect the bin on the agreed date. The experience over the phone was unpleasant and dismissive. It's shocking that they can charge such astronomical prices while providing such poor and disorganised service.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Pissed off!! Absolutely terrible experience. The skip bin was delivered late despite multiple calls and follow-ups. (Ended up sending them away on arrival) used another reputable provider. The Communication was non-existent — messages were ignored, and no one seemed to take responsibility. Completely unreliable and unprofessional from start to finish. If you’re looking for a company that values your time or provides even basic customer service, look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Response to your reply!! It’s a great resemblance of your pathetic business, communication from my end was precise with answers from agreeing with times and date. Then today, on the day it all fell apart due to your pathetic business being extremely incompetent!!!

I contacted Starskips through HiPages and within 5 minutes the skip bin had been organized for the next day. It arrived on time and was placed exactly where I asked. Very professional and friendly service. I needed other bin the following day and it was delivered on time and then taken away 2 days later. Definitely would use them again.
