I have used Aussie Bin Hire on a number of occasions and their customer service from the very start has been excellent. The team is friendly helpful and very easy to deal with. They are extremely responsive and always cater to all my requests. We had limited space on our driveway for delivery and collection and they made sure to send a smaller truck to accommodate this. The drivers are very polite and responsive. I highly recommend their service.

I hired a skip bin for 24hrs. I rang them on Thursday the day before to make sure they would be there in the morning on Friday, the bin didn't turn up until after 2:30 in the afternoon on Friday. I was left waiting for hours with no bin. The driver took out a yukka tree next to the driveway when leaving. I asked that they pick it up in the afternoon on Sat to give time to load the bin, they turned up at 9am. I paid nearly a thousand dollars and didn't even get 24hrs. The driver side swiped my fence when trying to pull up to load the bin. He took out the post and the gate has come off. I will not be using this company again.
