This photo is taken at 2.30 am, every Thursday night these guys come and pickup waste around the same time . Extremely noisy and unprofessional . As I live in a rented apartment in Rowville and will be moving out soon I couldn’t be bothered going through the body corp to lodge a complaint. Please do not engage with these people

Terrible company. Our estate of more than 30 townhouses has consistently had both rubbish and recycle bins emptied into the one truck even though we pay for separate collections. Very cross that all those bins filled with recyclable material is going to landfill. Our Owners Corp has now ceased this contract and moved to another company.

Incredibly rude and horrible road crew. Being deliberately slow and obstructive, and then verbally abusing anyone who dares ask them to be a little bit considerate and maybe allow other road users to pass. If i could give negative stars i would.

The bin collection services used to be unproblematic until the collection guy changed end of January. Then the bin collection started swapping neighbours bins around and leaving rubbish in the bins. Customer service was dismissive and unapologetic. I was advised to number my bin, even though ironically my bin was swapped with a neighbour's numbered bin... All these information has been recorded on CCTV and I get unhelpful advise...

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! The garbage truck did arrive outside allowed hours at 2 am! to empty the half empty bins in the basement of a small apartment building in a quiet residential street in Glen Huntly. On leaving the driver didn't wait for the gate to be securely shut, and a professionally looking (caught on security cameras) thief who happened (miraculously) to be in front did enter and stole my $500 bike. The company refused to compensate me, and the managing director in arrogant ,rude way stated "dont waste my time" Also he threatened me with the legal costs in case I take further action! The case will be heard in VCAT in due course, I have already asked the Glen Eira to issue the fine for the breach of EPA and the Council's guidelines.

We forgot to take our bin out last night. I saw the collection vehicle drive past and called the line. My call was answered and the collector was called back to collect our bin. Great service and friendly team. Thank you so much.

they are unprofessional company. they came to our area at 4:35am and making a lot of noise. i warned them through body corporate. i regisered issue in concil and victoria police. our body corp can see their case in court against themself also this company will becharged.
