Hunter Valley Skips

I use Hunter Valley Skips every time I need a skip in Newcastle, the girls on the phone are super friendly and as my address is now stored in their system it is really easy to order & pay for my skip. The boys are always awesome with positioning the skip bin where I want it...I could not recommend these guys enough! Great work hashtag number one skip bin company in Newcastle!

We've used Hunter Valley Skips many times and have always been very happy with the service. Recently I booked a bin through HVS and discovered when I rang to delay delivery it had been sold to BinGo. The driver called Friday to say the bin was on the way and we said it had been put off for 3 weeks. I called the office to make sure it wasn't going to be left and was told they would call the driver. I also asked if they had taken the money yet and was told that no money is taken until the bin is delivered. The driver arrived and I reiterated what my husband had said, that it was delayed and they were supposed to call you to say to take it back. He said "yes they've been calling me but I haven't picked up" Doh! Now we have discovered they have deducted nearly $600 from our account. Not impressed!
