AAA Skips

Worst service imaginable! Skip bin was meant to get picked up on Monday morning. Called AAA on Tuesday morning and was told that the driver will be coming to collect it that day. Called on Wednesday as the bin still hadn't been picked up and was informed that he will pass the message on to the driver. Called Wednesday afternoon and multiple times on Thursday with no answer. We have had to cancel tradesman as they have had no access to the rear of our property. This is so frustrating because now AAA isnt answering our calls and the bin is still out the front. Do not use AAA Skips!!

Used AAA Skips recently and pretty happy with the service. The bin was delivered late, but the driver called to say he was having trouble which happens. The bin was picked up a couple of days late as well, but that didnt really bother me. Would use them again.

I booked a bin on Thursday, on Friday it was delivered to my house but unfortunately stayed on the sideway that I couldn't drive my car in. I called them and was told that they just could come 3 days later. I parked my car outside under stormy weather which I felt very worried. On Monday I had been waiting for them but no one turned up to relocate the bin. I called and texted them. On Tuesday I called again and was told that they did call me but no answer. Actually there was no missed call on my mobile and the phone was with me all morning. Then I was told that some one will come on Wednesday to do that. My car is still parked outside unsafely. It is such an annoying and unhappy experience that I will never book this service again. Not recommend if you expect a pleased service.

BEWARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! ! I would give them zero if it were possible! $220 I shouldn’t have to pay again. These people have an automated system in place to send a message (in my case 2 days BEFORE bin was due to go) and then turn up and take the bin without even trying to contact you. I didn’t get an sms as claimed by manager Coral, and the bin disappeared a day and a half early. She wouldn’t negotiate or give an inch. I got my ‘fingers badly burnt’ as the bin left empty. My tradies were at my home working in Friday when bin had gone instead of Saturday. There was nowhere for the rubbish to go! Rude and nasty Manager.

Very poor service; I booked and paid for a skip, hoping to get it that afternoon. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver the skip that day but said that they could deliver it the next day which was fine. It's now 3.30pm and no skip on the horizon and no phone call either. Another weekend wasted.

Very competetive prices, skip delivered same day as ordered. Skip driver put it exactly where I wanted it, would use again and definately recommended.
