The staff at Dumpers have bent over backwards to help us on site with our bins over many years. The bins always come on time and the staff are great to deal with from Sarah on the phones to the boys delivering. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

I have used Dumpers Handibin services on multiple occasions at different houses and I would give them more than 5 stars if i could! They are wonderful to deal with, very professional and so helpful and accomodating! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a skip bin. Even when I was unorganised and there were obstacles for pickup & drop zones due to renovation materials they were nothing but kind and understanding and went above and beyond to help me out with a bin. I wouldn’t use anyone else!! Fabulous service!!

I use skip bins regularly for my business. The team at Dumpers Handibin are fantastic.... In-fact, better than anyone else in Perth from my experience. I have had some woeful experiences with other companies with their lack of reliability, communication, and costly changing pricing on the same size bins. Sara and the team don't just deliver the bins, they will ensure they put the bin where is requested, and if unsure or problems arise, call immediately to confirm. I cannot fault their service, and I fail to see the validity of some of their negative reviews. I highly recommend them for commercial companies out there seeking reliable service, more than fair pricing and impeccable communiccation. A++++++ Thank you for Everything guys! We hired A bin for three days which was dropped off early afternoon Wednesday and picked up at 8am Friday morning without any communication regarding the pickup. We had a large pile of rubbish alongside the bin ready loaded on Friday, the bin was still empty. The driver saw the empty bin and did not notify us that he was picking it up. We called them and the woman on the phone was very hostile and unhelpful, unable to redeliver the bin or assist is anyway instead just telling us it was our fault. We paid FULL price for an empty bin to be stored in our yard.

As an owner of a bathroom renovation company I'm very happy with the service we get from Dumpers. Most time we deal with Dale who is always very helpful and thoughtful especially when we have to locate a bin on customers lawns. Needed a skip bin quickly. Arrived same day, very competitive price, good communication. Delivery and pick up guys very competent and courteous. Drop off and pick up as arranged. Thankyou will be recommending to others

One of the worst experiences of my life. We asked for a 5 tonne bin to remove brick pavers. They delivered two 2 tonne bins instead (1 tonne short). We painstakingly filled those two bins up. When it came time for collection, their crane couldn't lift the weight of the bins (which were filled to the appropriate level). Were told we'd need to hire another 2 tonne bin at our expense! When we said that it was their fault that they didn't deliver the correct bins in the first place and that we shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes, the truck driver became hostile and started to dump our rubbish all over our driveway and front yard. When we protested about that, he physically threatened us with his shovel, yelling that "he'd smash our faces in"! We complained to management but they were completely rude and swore at us on the phone. All they want is their money and they don't want to give any service. They also swung their bins with the crane into our front brick wall, smashing it and now it dangerously wobbles and is about to fall over. STAY. CLEAR. We reported them to Ombudsmen and Fair trade.
