The team at WestVic Waste and Recycling are so lovely. They have great prices and fantastic customer service. They also get everything sorted out as fast as they can when it come to a bin drop off, pick up and empty.
DO NOT USE! They have the worst customer service! I ordered a skip to our house, and the driver left the front gate open letting the dogs out. When I questioned him about it he responded , "I called your wife and she didn't say anything about the gate." Not once did he bother with saying sorry. It's basic courtesy to keep closed gates closed behind you. The driver then just stood there as I chased after one of the dogs he let out. When the driver left he then didn't bother to shout the gate behind him, when seemed like a pretty spiteful act. As you can imagine, I was pretty pissed and called their office. After a few hours the manager responded by saying there was some confusion. Once again, the word sorry did not appear. When I asked about the confusion of the driver intentionally leaving the gate open when he left, the manager responded, "the driver said you were rude to him" (I wasn't). If this is how WestVic treats customer complaints, then they will never get my business again.

Absolutely deplorable. Had a bin full for 6 weeks, refused to come and pick the bin up after charging me for a 'futile' trip when explicitly told not to come the day prior. Have just had to cop it and pay to get it removed. Horrible internal comms and customer service, drivers are very professional though.
Toyworld Warrnambool highly recommends these absolute superstars at Westvic Waste. They went above and beyond with their customer service to help me out over Christmas. They also arranged a bin for my cardboard collection with great rates so moving forward I will not have the same issues. Totally grateful to you all. 😁
