I wouldn't even give 1 star for the service I just received! Rang as I had an issue with a lost bin.. had to explain situation 3 times as the first 2 tines I was constantly getting spoken over the top of and interrupted. I had to get firm and ask to be listened to, to which the attitude I was receiving just got worse! The call eneded with the advice 'you need ti go fill out a stat Dec this isn't OUR problem!' The call was quickly ended without any pleasantries! I rang council spoke to a lovely guy who told me the correct process. To the lady on the phone this morning I hope you attitude was due to you having a bad day and is not your normal manner, if it is can I suggest you get out of a client facing role!!!!! Also if you are going to be so rude to customers please at least know your own processes! The information you provided was very wrong!

Wheelie BAD service my bin wasn't empited properly and they said within 48 hours and its been WAY longer bin is still not empited right now. Next week: This week our FOGO bin got missed and our recycle bin wasn't emptied properly bad service 2 weeks later: The Recycling Driver picked up the waste he dropped -1 tiny piece of plastic- and also picked up the box we couldn't fit in there 1 star extra

Our glass bin blew over last week in the crazy weather.we were about to get up and go to stand it up and put everything back in when the truck came. The driver got out of the truck and out the stuff back in and then emptied it! Thank you! Going above and beyond. Appreciated!

Stole my bin at one time, when contacted about it it was all denied. Took my complaint further externally then all of a sudden it turned up again on next pick up, Strange about that. Now it is happening all again . Very unsatisfied, wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Bin wasn't collect on the correct night among other on the street (waste collection in on Sunday nights). Forgot to call them Monday, Tuesday was PH so called them on Wednesday to find out when our bin was getting collected, was told it was going to be later that day. Gave the 24hrs and bins were still full on Friday morning. Called up for them to collect as we could fit our general rubbish in there and explained that our nappy bin inside was over full and stinking out the house (have 2 babies under 2yo) to be told that the truck drivers don't work Friday and Saturday and to wait until Sunday for collections. I asked what is going to be done with rubbish piling up inside and the guy said to leave it next to the rubbish bin when we take it to the curve. I asked will the truck driver get out to pick it up as I know the drivers do t like to do extra work, the guy on the phone said he will make a note for the driver to "get out of the truck to collect". We heard the truck drive past at 1am and my partner went outside to make sure the driver got ALL the rubbish (which he didn't) as my partner picked up the rubbish placed it in the bin for the driver to reverse back to get it 😡. What is the point of paying for these services if they are going to do their jobs properly and we have to go outside to make sure it is done.

Lid broken on bin this morning, contacted Wheelie Waste was told by Daniel Johnson that I had to report it to council. Obviously not very professional Daniel as I reported to the company that broke the lid. Terrible communication by Wheelie Waste.

The girls in the office were fantastic to deal with, very quick to respond and lovely to speak to
