Refusing to pick up their own bin two weeks after the collection date. Will not return calls or messages. Also does not email invoices through and seemingly refuses to provide any record of a transaction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Their team is too rude. We have ordered skip bins at least 10 times in the past. Everytime they collect cash while dropping the bin whereas this time they asked us to pay cash when they pickup. However, their accounts manager just called me and asked to give the credit card details including CVV to pay that amount as they can't give credit. They have no other process to get customers to pay other than giving the credit card details via phone. When I questioned this is not a secure process, she asked me to cancel the hire. They will drop all the items in our drive way and then pick the bin and go. Very very arrogant. I had to chase them for bin pickup for at least 2 months in the past. I have about 200 tonnes of waste requiring removal each year. I started with these guys but their lack of professionalism and rude owner has made me switch entirely to Express Waste. High recommended them over QuickSkips who I hope go under for how they treat customers.

I would give zero stars if possible. Blocked access to my house and the road near an intersection. I didn’t order the bin. the house they were picking up from has a very wide frontage and is near a corner (17m plus rhe 30 or so from the corner yet they still blocked my driveway). When reminded it was illegal to park across/block driveways the driver admitted that he does this every day! Beware! Zero respect for property and/or safety of those around them! Commonsense is not something this company seems to possess.

I live next door to a place using their bin service. They just drove straight across our front lawn and blocked our driveway during school pick up time. When politely asked if they could keep off our grass both the guy delivering and the guy picking up were abusive and threatening. I would not use them.

Q skips has left a skip ON THE ROAD outside my house directly across from my driveway for three days now. Not my skip either. The person picking it up was trying to fit three on one truck and couldn’t so he just dumped the third on one the road. Said he would be back in an hour to collect (which was obviously a lie) when we called to ask about it. Ludicrous. I have seen a couple of near accidents from people swerving around it.

These guys are rude and just dump the bin at night and left. The bin was so small and is of no use. Look somewhere else and the person I spoke to didn’t care when I try to tell them the issue. Completely unethical. Waste of money
