DISAPPOINTING. .Arrived for work and have to manually relocate the bins to their original positions. Your driver left the bins blocking car parking spaces in the middle of the carpark after collection? Totally disrespectful and unprofessional..do the drivers get any training in etiquette and customer service? Obviously not.

Overcharging sending the bills and not keeping the commitment. Asked for one time a month pick up and invoice was supposed to be $15 but getting charged $82 and I was told it would be adjusted in later bills but not happening. And not getting invoice for twice a month and then got another invoice after a week. Really getting ripped off. Area manager asking to sign it again third time but dont want to waste time on these people.

We have been really happy with the overall performance of this team. They are always kind and courteous on the phone when we make a booking and the drivers always make their runs. They even help me to move the bins as they are heavy to move. I think it's a brilliant service and completely affordable for a small business. We really appreciate what they do.

I wanted to share my recent experience with a company, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I recently visited a store and interacted with a sales representative named Shaun. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Not only was Shaun incredibly rude and dismissive, but he also laughed at my words to change to smaller bin and made me feel belittled and disrespected. When I asked for help, he responded with a sarcastic comment and suggested that I take my business elsewhere. As a customer, I was shocked and taken aback by his unprofessional behaviour. In my opinion, this kind of customer service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It is essential for sales representatives to treat customers with respect and kindness, and Shaun failed to do so. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others who may be considering doing business with this company. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience with Shaun. After being loyality customer for 6 years is time to I believe that good customer service is crucial, and this company has failed to deliver on that front.

Terrible customer service, the opposite of this claim on their website "you will continue to receive the same high-quality waste collection service using the latest innovations in waste management technology" After four years of inconsistent service we gave this company the flick today. After a 25 minute phone call with the SA State Manager Colin and his Operations Manager they were happy with a 20 percent no show rate, describing it as a "pretty good strike rate really" So that's 1 in every 5 pick ups they just don't show up and leave the customer with a full bin, no phone call, email, nothing to let us know they weren't going to empty the bin. It took FOUR HOURS just to get a phone call back!!! The South Australian Operation has a MASSIVE problem with apathy and a distinct lack of understanding of what customer service is and how to deliver it. If you want RELIABLE customer service go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration!

They didn’t pick up the bin for my business on time Mon and I rang them, they said it’s book on Thurs, then Thurs nothing happened. I rang them again and they said they were too busy and all workings 15 hours /day. Excuse me! I paid for the service . I have to pull the bin out every time they said they booked it . What’s a waste of time and frustrating … Very bad experiences here seriously
