Had a bunch of documemnts to shred following retirement. Service was efficient, driver was helpful and cost was reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them for any secure shredding.

I don’t have time to babysit other companies’ billing. I paid promptly and emailed the transfer confirmation, yet they’ve spent half a year sending overdue notices. After I cancelled, they billed me again for a service I never received. The accounts staff were unhelpful and rude, and management didn’t fix it. Save yourself the drama !!!!! I’d rather cut the pages up with scissors than deal with this lot.

Contacted Shred-X for a quote & had a quick response with different options to choose from. Once chosen, emailed my preference & they very quickly organized a bin for drop off. Driver was friendly and helpful & bin was locked & secured. Would definitely use again, good value for money & great customer service.

I telephoned with questions about what could go into the wheelie bins for shredding and was pleased it included paper clips, staples, plastic and cardboard. A very reasonable price. Delivery was prompt. The account sent the following month for payment.
