Phil arranged for his very experienced, courteous, helpful employee to come out the next morning to attend to our issue. He went above & beyond to rectify the problem for us. Phil was extremely helpful in helping problem solve over a public holiday weekend when blockage occurred. Very quick callback and a genuine after hours service. Exceptional friendly and prompt customer service.

After an enquiry on the weekend via e-mail I got a very prompt response and as it was non urgent, happily booked an appointment for two days later. Having booked online, and having no idea about septic systems, by the time Phil arrived we had a beautiful front lawn with no septic tank in sight! Phil was very helpful and helped me to find the tank and gave me some options in regards to how we could gain access to it. I opted to dig it up myself now that I knew the process and Phil was Fantastic, offering to come back later the same day and work around his schedule to give me the time to expose the tank for pumping. Phil returned a couple of hours later and talked me through the process where a clog was uncovered and cleared and the system was pumped out and cleaned With Phil's service and help I have a much better understanding of what is required to maintain the system and the know how to potentially troubleshoot myself for future problems. When faced with a suddenly non functioning toilet system on a Saturday morning, calling Phil was a great decision, he quickly educated me on where to check the system to work out what the problem was, penciled me in for a next business day pump out if required, and encouraged me to follow up with my council to see if they could perform the service to save me the extra cost of having his company do it. Turns out there was a blockage (which cleared on inspection) Tank was also full, the council's contractor was able to bring my scheduled pump out forward, and when I spoke to Phil again to cancel the Monday pump out he continued to help by recommending helpful additives to boost the septic's performance going forward. Great guy to deal with would not hesitate to recommend his company. First class service, if you are not dealing with Phil my friend, then you are probably dealing with number twos, and that's no joke!
