Extremely rude and racist individual, had booked a bin through them when they arrived to deliver the bin, my 13yr old daughter was at home, the driver proceeded to make advances towards her, when she told him her age he proceeded to make racial and sexist slurs to her. He was asked to leave immediately and we did not proceed with the booking. Would recommend anyone look elsewhere.
Unsafe load to say the least. This wasn’t tied down at all.
One of these drivers cracked my windscreen a week ago. I called the company within about 20 mins of it happening. I have been trying to get a resolution to this ever since. Boss is never around (apparently he hasn't been in the office since at least last Thursday) staff either don't answer the phone or just fob me off. Totally unprofessional. Just to clarify this the load of bins were not covered for transit. Dodgy at best
