CSC Waste & Recycling

We came across CSC waste after their acquisition of Bardee the awesome food waste processing company. We now are able to divert our pasta, vegetable and egg shell waste to them where they convert it to insect protein. We now buy our eggs from their customer Chooks at the Rooke and have found the quality of these pasture raised eggs to be amazing for our pasta. So glad we have ‘closed the loop’ on our waste with CSC waste/Bardee

You don’t have to be a customer to be impacted to the point where you’re entitled to leave a review! Hi not a customer but that doesn’t exclude me from observing performance and behavior which I have found appalling! When I spoke with someone in management about a complaint the individual was rude and not prepared to be implicated in damage that I was reporting some time ago! I’ve lived in since but the driver today was rude when I approached him about my concern about reversing in the lane way! Jock you might be from the country but that doesn’t make you an honest man as you told me over the phone a few years back! You were extremely rude to me and your approach was agressive! I live for the day the local business engages another provider!

Had my parked car damaged by one of their collection trucks, the driver was very nice to leave a note and apologetic about the incident, but dealing with management to get further details has been terrible. It has been over 4weeks numerous phone calls and emails with no direct answer with the same response "leave it with me and ill see what I can do, we will get in contact with you". All I have asked for is the REG number of the truck that hit my car. Now I am out of pocket paying my excess and higher premium for the coming years. VERY RUDE AND UNTRUSWORTHY MANAGEMENT WITH POOR MORALS TO DEAL WITH.
